Secure K9 provides professional dog training, residential training programs, and boarding services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Secure K9 Clients agree to: Provide accurate information regarding their dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination status Disclose any aggression, bite history, or medical conditions Ensure dogs are fit for training or boarding
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Prices are non-negotiable and agreed upon at the time of bookings Secure K9 reserves the right to update pricing for future bookings, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. Payments Full payment or required deposits must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
No refunds will be issued for any residential training booked in advance. No refunds will be issued for boarding services booked in advance. This policy applies regardless of cancellation reason, including personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or early termination of services.
